Eligible items: All eligible items can be returned for store credit or exchange within seven days of purchase or receipt of shipping items. Eligible items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been used, installed, or assembled. Eligible items include all regular-priced items that are not marked as final sale or custom orders.
Final sale items: All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all custom-ordered furniture and all sale items. Please ensure that you are certain about your purchase before completing your order for any final sale items.
Return process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone within seven days of purchase or receipt of shipping items. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. If the item is eligible for return or exchange, we will provide you with instructions for how to proceed.
Shipping costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
Store credit: If you choose to return an eligible item for store credit, we will issue a credit to your account for the full amount of the item, minus any shipping costs. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.
Exchange: If you choose to exchange an eligible item, we will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item is of equal or lesser value, we will issue a credit for the difference in price. If the exchange item is of greater value, we will charge the difference in price to the original form of payment.

Please include the item you wish to return in the original condition with all tags and stickers attached. Please include your name, phone number, and order number. We will contact you upon receipt of this return, and send you a confirmation of store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping. You will have 7 days upon delivery to contact us and ship out your return.
