WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO + WHAT DO I INCLUDE IF I HAD IT SHIPPED?

Please include the item you wish to return in the original condition with all tags and stickers attached. Please include your name, phone number, and order number. We will contact you upon receipt of this return, and send you a confirmation of store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping. You will have 7 days upon delivery to contact us and ship out your return. 

 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with all original tags and stickers.
  • All jewelry, sale items, and custom furniture orders are FINAL SALE. 
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Accessories, Sale Items, Custom Furniture. 
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  • FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Handbags + Belts.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days upon receipt of your return for return processing and store credit to be issued. 
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you with your store credit amount.
  •  Store Credit does not expire.
